After practicing law for 27 years in downtown law firms (21 years as a partner/member), Tom opened the firm. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Mr. Bergman enjoys working with, and solving issues for, a broad range of clients in a variety of businesses and professions.

Licensed as a Title Agent in Ohio and accomplished in sophisticated real estate transactions, he has authored the article titled “Negotiating the Commercial Loan Commitment,” which appeared in The Practical Real Estate Lawyer and has taught Real Estate Transactions at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has recently co-authored a book for real estate brokers engaged in leasing titled The Brokers Manual: Vol. 1 Leasing. Admitted to the Ohio Bar, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Supreme Court, Tom  successfully argued the case of McMillan v. Brune-Harpenau-Torbeck Builders, Inc. in the Ohio Supreme Court. That case held for the first time in Ohio that privity of contract is not a necessary element of a cause of action against a home builder.

Mr. Bergman lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife Kathy and is active in the community. He has begun work on  the next volume of The Brokers Manual  which deals with Purchase Contracts.

Maxwell D. Kinman is an attorney serving clients in Ohio State and Federal courts. His practice focuses on legal issues related to veterans affairs, appeal procedures, business law, personal injury, and estate planning.

​

A graduate of American University, Mr. Kinman studied international relations with an emphasis on economic policy and East Asian studies and attended college on an academic scholarship. During his studies, he participated in the Honors program, taught English courses in China and did an internship with the US State Department. He then graduated with his Juris Doctor Magna cum Laude from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University.

As a Moot Court Octofinalist and Article Editor for the Indiana Law Journal, he was awarded the Order of Barristers and the Order of the Coif. Kinman is currently a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Bar Association, and the Warren County Bar Association. Mr. Kinman is a registered attorney in all of Ohio's county and state courts list of federal courts. These include the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and the United States District Court for the South Ohio District.

Max resides in Terrace Park with his wife and three children. 

A graduate of The Ohio State University and Tulane Law School, Brian has practiced law in Southwest Ohio for over twenty years in a wide variety of practice areas. During his career he has served as prosecutor, magistrate and defense counsel. Brian lives in the Cincinnati area with his daughter, and enjoys fishing, reading, and following Buckeye football.
